Aluminium Bucket Seats

Curious - anyone any experience of anything like these?

If you like the sensation of being tortured then yes, I drove a modern drag car with similar fitted and lasted about 10 mins, I would add at the time my own car had normal Cobra bucket seats and solid bushed race suspension.
