Ordered my 110 XS 250 on the 13th July. Haven’t a clue at what stage it’s at. Not expecting it until 2022. Just the long wait now.

I ordered 6th July. Still no information on build date, but I suspect nothing is going to happen for a while now. Dealer said expect delivery March 22.

That’s a long delay, talk about the slow boat to China, must be slow to Australia as well

Wow thats a long time, I ordered at the same time and my dealer hasn't been specific but indicated by the end of the year but will hopefully come forward... I'm not sure how much is 'expectation management', or they just don't have a clue at the moment how long it will take. I've been told I should get a build date in about three weeks, thats six weeks after order. MY22 110 D250 SE > MY23 110 D250 XS Edition > MY24 110 D300 HSE X-Dynamic |

Yeah. I’m jealous of people who say they had to wait four months…oh well, down side of having no COVID I guess. |

We count as “Rest of World”, so lower priority…also, the boat takes about 6 weeks to get here, so that adds some time…still, a bit frustrating. By the time it arrives, MY23 will be available. |

You could always fly over and have a road trip to drive it back from the factory
Lets hope no more ships get stuck in the Suez canal! MY22 110 D250 SE > MY23 110 D250 XS Edition > MY24 110 D300 HSE X-Dynamic |

I think you’ll find that they go the other way, via the East Coast of the USA and the Panama Canal - several port calls in the US before the long haul across the Pacific. Your dealer in Aus/NZ can see from their systems which ship you car is loaded on and then you can track it on its way all the way from Zeebrugge or Bremerhaven to landing in Aussie using Marinetraffic.com (the nautical version of FlightRadar24). Several members here have been able to track the voyage that their car has made to them. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! Last edited by Tim in Scotland on 23rd Jul 2021 8:56am. Edited 1 time in total |
