Ah, I need to try that - I was thinking that my Girlfriend driving whilst I track would be safer!

Nah, it's a little big and wouldn't get any use out of it,
I have about 10, my 2 biggest are currently stuck in Germany, this is currently my baby - 109mph so far with more to go... Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge stole the decals scheme from these, the colour is Stone white and then just had custom decals made... built the boat closest in the pic about 15 years ago. Click image to enlarge I did intend to get the official UK record this year but covid hasn't helped having a SAW event (1 per year official speed) my boat has GPS'd at 109mph and the UK record is 86mph... Germans for this type of boat are pushing 125mph, the bigger boat I have in Germany are pushing 140+mph although I won't be shooting for much more than 100 with it. |

Don’t have one to hand of my boat…
But here is one of my new big boat (same hull and motors just different kv (rpm) The 2 big boats in this pic are mine, the smaller repsol is the same as the white ‘Atlantic challenger’ boat above, The red one is about 25hp and the big white one will be about 40hp when built… Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

the white cat is 1.85m, the red "mystic style" is 1.67m
also modified my Bike rack for longer bikes I built it 6 years ago when my Ibis was quite a slack XL bike... It's also in 2 parts now which makes it so easy to stick on the back of the truck, It's off to be powder coated Stornoway grey as we speak. Hi Likeomg. Sorry to tax your memory on something you did over a year ago but do you recall what exactly you did when you "sorted the suspension to sit better using Gwyn Lewis stuff"?
I've ordered the lowered comfort springs from Alive and while I wile away the weeks it's taking them to inch their way to me here in Oz, I've stumbled upon two write ups now that talk about these springs resulting in the wagon having a nose-up stance. The other owner was so miffed he had them removed and returned. I'm glad you found a solution you're comfortable with as I can't afford to return them (you guys wouldn't believe how much we have to pay to have things sent Down Under ). Thanks for all you effort in sharing your journey with the Landy - really enjoyed the thread |
