Solent and district. They had a "non member" option.

Same logic? Non members type attendance? Just checked their website and it says they're still putting together their 2015 events list I guess most stuff is on Facebook now. I was also looking at the Cyffanned Woods 4x4 play area as it's described as Laning but without the worry of damaging the rights of way network. |

November 2016 I was last there, but have been out of the country with work for the last few years.
Yeah same kind of setup. Whilst you’re in South Wales there are tonnes of great green lanes, but I’m probably not best placed to advise. Look up strata Florida and wayfarers - they are two popular ones. There are some lanes around Elan Valley with spectacular scenery and also great driving roads through the Brecon Beacons… There’s another pay and play that I’ve heard good things about but not been there personally… But you won’t find better than Walters really… https://mudmayhem.co.uk/en/venue/oVenue-10817_oVenAct-4 > 110 XS Double Cab |
