You need to take it to a dealer to get the software updated. They know about the fault!

Thanks Philm. Looks like another trip to the dealer again - 600 miles and 2 visits. My last 90 only went in once in 5 years and that was for corrosion on side steps and rear step bumper. Defender First Edition

I have the same issue, and it seems has something to do with battery change level. I noticed it turned it self off when it not driven for a few days however if I drive every day it never turns itself off. 3.0L MHVE D200 S Pangea Green+Black Pack

I’ve never used mine, on previous LRs it was rubbish.
The adaptive beam on my Velars matrix headlights was far superior, pity I couldn’t specify them on my Defender. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue |

This appears to have been fixed on mine by the latest software update. Defender First Edition

i had the bulletin JLRTB02078NAS1 performed today. i'll report back on whether or not this truly fixes auto high beams disabling itself.
