Dovedale in Derbyshire this weekend.

The new vehicles are Double Cab pickups so can't carry a loaded stretcher across the river. |

Sadly you are in an arduous, rural area and not a wealthy, middle class urban area. Had you been, you could have used the new Defender which is perfectly suited (targeted) to the latter environment. Like Richmond Park.

I don't believe the new 110 can carry a stretcher either. The Disco 5 can but that has a bigger load area and it's still a tight fit.
To be fair, we were only allowed to transport casualties off road anyway, to move them on the road, the vehicle needs to go through full ambulance certification. In the meantime.... Click image to enlarge |

It is actually quite refreshing when it is hot, particularly as we still have to wear full PPE at the moment due to covid (full water proofs, helmets, goggles, mask and gloves. In the winter however..

decided to just check my old drone still works... for some reason before I went down the gravel, it switched to internal storage and then ran out before I got to the bottom... might do the coach road again over the weekend. |
