1995 Defender 90 300 Tdi HT Coniston Green

Might aswell introduce myself.

Been lurking on here for awhile since I had the truck delivered and been reading the tech articles to try n figure out my gremlins bas I go. I picked up a 1995 300tdi LHD and drive it daily in NYC. Before the Rona I took the subway to work but since this whole nonsense started I ended up driving the Lotus to work into Manhattan which is not as fun as it sounds.

So sofar I've been tinkering trying to stay ahead of things. I added AC, new headliner, tire carrier and a bunch of random little bits.

Welcome to the Forum. That's a good looking Defender - in my mind it looks just like a Defender should. I take my hat off to you driving it in Manhattan - I avoid city driving like the plague in mine.

You'd be surprised how may defenders there are in the area. I'd say within 3 miles is 4 that I know of. It's kinda crazy people love this truck. I've had people tell across traffic asking to buy mine(and mine is far from perfect)

Funny enough, I met someone else with a lotus evora and he also has a defender 200tdi..

Fantastic. Welcome. Great to see someone from across the pond with a ‘real’ Defender (gonna get some stick from some for saying that). But it looks great. Be good to see some Manhattan shots for something different, just don’t post a photo of you outside a Shake Shack.....I miss their burgers so much
