Has anyone watched this video from Devon where the gable end of the roof collapses.
The pedestrian walking by hardly flinches I jump a mile in the air if a balloon pops https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-dorset-57253965 Can't say this has ever happened to me. Anyone else walked past a house as it collapses? |

My folks lived in Norfolk for many years, so I understand.

I agree about the building quality. There was something clearly wrong. If I owned a house round that estate I would now be wondering whether mine was next?

The local TV news interviewed the student passer-by yesterday, and I am sorry to say that I am now sure - of the options above it isn't cool. Clearly a amiable fellow but not gifted. I have like never, like, heard, like, the word "like" used, like, so many, like, times in like one like sentence, like. There were more "likes" than other words in total. Perhaps it is a social media thing and he believes that a lot of "likes" is a good thing to have! |

It's a worrying trend, Blackwolf. I for one am depending on the young students of the today to keep me in the way in which I am accustomed to in my old age. These are the people that will need to keep our great country alive and working for the next generation.
Maybe this is why the retirement age keeps going up I didn't hear the interview, but if I am brutally honest, if someone stuffed a mic in front of me, I would probably stutter and talk gobbledegook, although this 'like' could be the 'do you know what I mean' from a few years back |

Staged? Why was someone not just filming, but also zooming and panning, just as the wall fell down (with a perfect seem) just as the student walks by? Just sayin’.
I like a conspiracy btw Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

The text says it was captured by a doorbell and somebody has clearly edited the wider angle footage. No tin foil hat required Darren

Ring doorbell or similar on motion capture, and then a news editor has zoomed it in and panned to make it look a bit less doorbell |
