Chrissy, if you have a problem talk to your solicitor. Martin is under no obligation to disclose anything to you. It is for you to prove that the comments are untrue/defamatory etc. Good luck with that, and I trust you have a spare half million to get you started with it

for the record, i know 2 people who have used B+A, both disappointed with the end product and wouldnt use again or recommend. Not slander or libel, just stating fact as told. Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.
