To the ordinary man it's an SSE/Utility HD Bonnet Chequer Plate - 25 smackaroonies, collected, Newcastle. Would also accept equivalent value in pizza though!

But, now I have it I'm not allowed it given the direction of my 130 build - for the gram yo!  (Instagram worthy for the unacquainted)
