I think that lives local to me, he it is at the local show a few years ago.

Registered as a Volvo with 2 litre petrol engine.

Think it is a pre-hagglund version actually going off the registration age. In which case it is a BV 202 which were made by an agricultural subsidiary of Volvo. I imagine it has the B20 4-cylinder petrol engine from a Volvo Amazon or 144 too. 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread

I think it would have been more interesting as a novelty conversion if the creator had fitted a stretched Hi-Cap body on the rear unit, and would look better if the redundant wheel cut-outs had been filled.
