Newby sidestep question
Hi all,

Not being the tallest Laughing I struggle at times getting in to the 130, so wandering what side step options there are?

Found this on eBay, will it work and what would I fit it to?

Not sure if side steps for the 90 will fit or not, but I have seen steps like these fitted to 130's without a problem. They bolt to the chassis / outriggers. I guess the front of the chassis is shared between a 90 and a 130 (with the outriggers being the same etc), so I guess they should fit just fine assuming your vehicle still has the original layout of chassis & outriggers and not heavily converted for the 'box' on the back. Defender 130 HCPU Td5 MY2000

There are other options out there but as I’m old school, my 110 uses the original individual style side steps like the ones in your link. They do the job for me. My personal preferences don’t really provide an answer for you but I really posted just to compliment you on your awesome camper! Bow down

I've just removed one from the rear of my 110. Needs some TLC but in good shape. I believe the same as the ones fitted to the side. £30 plus postage and it's yours.

The rear step is quite different from the side ones, unfortunately.

The traditional folding side steps are by far the best as actual steps and will bolt straight on to your 130. Darren

Thanks all, I'm going to go for the single step one Thumbs Up

@boxo thanks for the offer though, much appreciated, but will go for a single step (Both sides as SWMBO is shorter than me Laughing )
