I already see my windscreen plain of stickers for every EU country another version:
pollution stickers from France, Germany, soon Belgium and Netherlands, plus highway taxes sticker for Switzerland.
The idea of less pollution is great but the EU should do it for all countries alike just 1 sticker. But again the EU is a bunch moneymakers every country wants its silly taxes.

5 months after starting the search I found it, and here is the details
