Nice.
Would it be worth putting some helicopter (clear tape) on the top of the Silver rear bumper if the dogs are jumping in and out? |

Yes definitely need to get some protection on there to help stop any scratches from the pups. Clear tape is a great shout! |

Cheers guys, yeah I'm dead happy with the steelies/black combo, and the Duratacs really set them off too. |

Apart from colour it’s the spec I would go for. Now for the 350bhp BAS ecu upgrade ...
Did the duratech’s come with an option pack or additional? 1951 80" S1 2.0 1995 110 300TDI 1995 90 300TDI |

Duratracs were supplied and fitted by the dealer, no additional charge over the cost of the 'off road tyre' in the off road pack option. Vehicle came from the factory with the Wrangler ATs then the dealer swapped them out for the Duratracs. Saved me some hassle which was good. |

That’s a win. Proper looking tyre and had some on my 110 in 2016. Quieter than the MTR option LR offered. 1951 80" S1 2.0

I ran MTR's and ATR's on my D3 in the past (and Discoverer ST's as well) - bit of a drone from all of them, the ST's were also a bit iffy in the damp too. Looking forward to getting my Duratracs on to mine, I can't believe they will be any more noisier than the Expedition Rack Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

I'm not normally a fan of black cars, but with those white steel wheels, it looks really good. I think the days of the black alloy is coming to an end.
How is the bumper holding-up with the dog claws? |

Thanks for the kind words. Yeah I do like the classic look of the steelies, and the more mud that gets on them the better they look So far so good with the dogs, thankfully they are both pretty athletic and can jump and clear the silver section when getting in. Being able to lower the suspension at the rear with the control in the boot is brilliant for that. When leaving the vehicle they do like to put their front paws onto the silver section to see whats going on prior to jumping out so I think I will need some form of protection. Think i might wait to see what Simon from Powerful UK comes out with as I believe his is going to manufacture a protector which includes a front lip which I am interested in seeing before ordering something. 1992 Defender 90 SW 200Tdi 2008 Defender 110 USW |

I'm very happy with the level of road noise within the car from wind/tyres etc, but then again I haven't know any different 1992 Defender 90 SW 200Tdi 2008 Defender 110 USW |
