I’ve done a few, my last one was a full day in the (old) Defender.
As others have said definitely worth doing it, even if it is in their car. I’ll be going on a trek day once we’re allowed out and about. Might let my old man tag along ![]() |

just done a LR Defender Experience in Kosciuszko National park - NSW, a bit short to be honest and no full
days available.. As it was undertaken on NSW National parks land, managed to get out the next day with a D4 owner and do our own stuff, including chasing trout across a few mountain creeks/streams, well four times at least.. Lucky for those owners in Australia access to great off road areas/trails is pretty much open to all comers, plenty of Natiional Parks, State forests etc where 4WD is an acceptable hobby Some stills from some of the videos we took, including one from our own Defender backed up behind the LRE vehicles at a water crossing ![]() Click image to enlarge crossing Swampy Plains river, very rocky and note to self to use Wade mode in future to kill the parking sensors.. ![]() Click image to enlarge yet another pommie bar steward down under MY20 110 P400 SE Defender MY10 3.0 RR Sport |
