Hi, Mud UK do a double din size dash face for the 2002 to 2006 Td5.
It can be converted to a single din size by fitting a pocket below the radio. It's not cheap, but as you found out, the LR part is not available. https://www.mudstuff.co.uk/collections/aud...in-console |

They also do these steel plates that fasten to the original plastic face.
