When my wife swapped her last Discovery Sport for a Velar, the dealer did not reset the Land Rover Remote app and set it up for the new owner.
,
This meant that i could see where the car was, journeys, owners home, and regular movement patterns.
This was until my wife's subscription came to the end.
Weird thing was that the new owner lives in part of the west country that we would like to move to.... 
On newer models if that was the case, the previous owner could beep the horn at midnight, start the car and even unlock it at will 
Moral of the story if buying a pre owned Land Rover then ensure that the dealership has cleared any previous owners Remote account.
