I believe Twisted Automotive are the UK dealer now, but understand Hannibal stuff is not easy to get hold of, possible some supply issues.

I have not contacted flatdog yet as I have decided I would like to make some clamps that are as near to original as possible.
Could someone who has a rack commitment that they are made of aluminium or steel? Could someone please have a measure of one for me so I have the dimensions + a photo of one off the rack would really help. Is the threaded section welded to the square shaft or is it tapped and screw into it? Thanks in advance for all your help |

Finally, there is a used Hannibal rack available that is not more than 300 miles away. I'm going to view it later today. This thread has answered my question though, there should be a thin rubber/plastic gasket between the clamp and the under side of the gutter.

Is that the Moray one? That looked good to me, although not listed anymore.
I guess other than cracked or broken, check it's square. They'll be corrosion on legs and flakes paint I'd imagine but generally should be solid.
