The design is based around the Defender platform and is intended to fill a gap in parts of the Defender market when it is replaced.

It is a 4 x 4 that weighs 800ks has a FAP Euro 5 engine with a 6 speed box and the body is made out of 70% recycled plastic!

I like too, but if 70% plastic, not very feasible for long overlanding trips? --

You can certainly see elements of Kubelwagen in it, and its also a bit like those 2CV based light truck things citroen used to work, I forget the name...you used to see them on the beaches abroad. 2011 110 USW

2cv Mairie - thin fibre glass on a pram base, lengths of chains instead of doors, superb fun at 40 mph.

Why not?

Various questions would spring to mind however?

What plastic?

Are the body panels a 'one component' composite? If so they could be incredibly tough and lightweight.

Fatigue performance?

How are panels connected/ bonded together. That could well be a critical area
