On the plus side, I seem to have found some sort of hidden multi-market configurator page.

Yep, although in the UK at least you now get a pop-up saying that the V8, XS etc are available to order, but that you have to speak to your local retailer / refer to the PDF price guide...
Come on Land Rover, who can be bothered playing around with build options using a pdf price guide...? Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

I have to say, as impressive as it is, I don't get the clearview mirror.
The only time I really need to see what's directly behind me is when I'm reversing. The reversing camera sufficiently supplies that view. I have no idea why anyone wants to spend extra to have a better view of what you've passed and the grumpy face of the driver behind you. Not to mention the fact that, unlike the rear window that has a wiper, the rear camera will quickly get very dirty and become pretty useless. Last edited by deaston on 2nd Mar 2021 7:31pm. I didn’t like it at all, it’s view, I found was limited. A waste of money but that’s just my view 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

I like the idea of it if it was included in the price for the model, wasn’t it standard down to SE level on the MY21? I’m not sure I’d want to splash out £500+ as an extra.

If you have a commercial or 3 seater front you need it...

I don't see why you'd ever need it. I spend a lot of my time driving a van - no direct rear view at all except when reversing.

Still waiting to hear back from the dealer in re my order and whether it will be honoured. Radio silence from them since Monday. I swear, once you sign their contract/order they just ignore you. Would be helpful to know otherwise would just buy one that's in stock.

Same @dontwakemeup
Ordered in Jan, still in waiting pool. Asked for any progress reports and no comms. Like to know if switching to MY22 and inevitably what ill have to add to the spec to make it align with what the HSE had in it when I ordered. |

Yeah I ordered an HSE spec as well, and from what I can tell that no longer exists unless I'm wrong. The new one is "HSE dynamic" which is atrocious and expensive with useless options.
Let me know what you find out. |
