I know its been mentioned on here before but those particular tyres are only speed rated (K) to 68mph. .. Last edited by camelman on 25th Feb 2021 3:40pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Indeed! As 68mph, is 2mph less than the legal speed limit. I can happily live with this. Defender 110 XS SW Puma - 2011 Defender 110 XS SW - 56 |

Interestingly the Road vehicles C&U states that K rated tyres aren't legal for 'Goods vehicles' as they need to have a 70mph minimum rating. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1986/1078/regulation/25/made
Assuming this applied to N1 vehicles and therefore most later defenders? |

Ooof doesn't that look good!
How do the tyres handle? Are they sufficient on noise? |

Handling in the dry, there is no change, turning circle the same at 12m. Noise, no different to 235x85x16 road tyres. Thought i am slightly deaf and have the alpine cranked up. Thanks! Defender 110 XS SW Puma - 2011 Defender 110 XS SW - 56 |

You really must be deaf! Great tyre but they really howl, even compared to an AT let alone a road tyre. James

What are they like in the wet.... We live in the UK and I drive on A roads a lot.... bendy ones that even in a truck can be fun.
