InControl online registration- not working ?
Anyone else finding that the InControl online website registration is not working ? I get an email to confirm my registration but when I click the url in the email, it goes to a website, makes me choose my Region and then puts me back in a circular loop to register again. To be clear, I’m trying to set up as a brand new user, as in, I’ve never had an account before '21 L663 X-Dyn HSE P400 Carpathian

Yup I’m having trouble also. Dealer said best call LR customer service on Monday.

If your talking about the Lr Remote app, I had to download the older version from the app store, then it allowed me to register. Then updated it to latest version and registration carried forward. 2021 Defender 110 X-Dynamic HSE D300 MHEV

Which App Store? Apple or Google? I have Apple and don't see a previous version option? '21 L663 X-Dyn HSE P400 Carpathian

I used this one on the Apple store. The newer one was at the top of the list but it won’t work

That’s the one I’m using. The problem I I am trying to convey is the final portion of the registration process where you get emailed a registration confirmation. That portion of the registration process is putting me in a perpetual loop. '21 L663 X-Dyn HSE P400 Carpathian

I’m just new to this ( collected car on Friday ) so not sure I can help. The problem I had was my email & sign in for “In Control” worked fine but wouldn’t work for the Remote app. I would then get a reset password option and the the same thing would happen again. Is this what you’re experiencing ? As soon as I changed to the older Remote app, the sign in details worked fine !
