Hi all
Just found this on one of the overland pages - how about an opening rear door window? I can see some benefits for this with having dogs in the back and camping.. https://www.overlandstickers.com/store/p74/defenderwindow.html Poppy - TDCI (Puma) 110XS 2.2 - Camper conversion - see the build here - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic56530.html Elgar -TDCI(Puma) 110XS Dormobile - now sold Devon & Cornwall 4x4 Response - DC126 |

I like the idea , I bet it will get some air flow through the truck nicely,
I’d like to see one in reality- I’m just not sure about the aesthetics of it Might look better on a different colored door perhaps, I’m needing a new door sometime so may well look into this a bit further |

Nelly has been producing these stickers for years for the overland community and one of my friends has been using them to extreme ! Website has moved.
www.overlandproducts.co.uk As for how they look there's some examples on there. Look good to me. I hope I attached it OK. I'm buying one! Google brought me here and then there. Cheers. Last edited by tweetyduckbird on 27th Jun 2023 1:43pm. Edited 1 time in total |

This is the opening rear door window on a land rover series, I think. So not just on a land rover defender. The holes are different so it must be a series?

These guys have a couple of interesting rear door options:
https://explore-glazing.nl/en/products/lan...-rear-door Though with Brexit, import duties, and shipping hold ups etc, it might not be as straightforward as it was a few months ago..... (Not taking anything away from the others doing the same - home-grown is good - just highlighting another option) Donald 1994 Defender 300Tdi 110 SW - owned since 2002 - 230k miles and going strong (The 'rolling restoration' or tinkering thread: http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic58538.html ) 2000 Range Rover P38 4.0L V8 in the past.. RR classic - fitted with 200Tdi 1984 RR classic - V8 with ZF auto box 1993 Discovery 300Tdi not to mention the minis and the Type 2 VW camper... |
