Yes. RRS rings a bell, as I used to be on that site...might try and dig out the TSB if I remember later.

Do remember anything more, I don't think I have a low coolant sensor in mine?

IIRC the porous float was more an issue on the 4.2 S/C engine than it was on the TDv6 so you might have to go back a very long way to 2005/2006/2007 to find the TSB Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Seems that was down to something seem in earlier vehicles many, many times:

"The specification is insufficient at ambient temperature for the coolant expansion tank coolant level sensor retainer tabs. Once the coolant expansion tank gets up to a normal operating temperature, the tank retainer tabs are relaxing the force on the sensor. Vibration and shock load from driving is causing the coolant level sensor to
drop out of its location and displaying a low coolant level warning, although the expansion tank coolant is at the maximum level."

And the official solution is still the same:

"Locally source two cable ties with dimensions of 2.5mm x 100mm x 1mm" Embarassed

My 2020 NAS P400 threw a CEL at 600 miles. P144B - Purge Vapor Restricted.

Was told by the service manager that the fix is to replace the Clean Air Duct. So they'll call in a couple of weeks when (if) the part comes in from the UK.

He said there was a service bulletin on this, but I can't seem to find one referring to that DTC or about the EGR system.
