Bike Rack measurement required pls
Hi,

mine is in the garage having a few things fixed so pls could I ask someone to pop outside with a tape measure and measure from the centre of the tow ball to the back of the spare tyre face to see if a bike rack will fit

Sorry - no measurements but this is my Thule rack for our E Bikes. Bit is a faff but half the price of the Landy one

Mine is the removeable one, but assuming the tow ball position is the same I’m happy to measure for you.

Do you want the height difference as shown above or is it the horizontal distance from towball centre to the vertical plane of the rear face of the spare?

Just over 210mm - the level is against the back of the spare wheel.

Just got the LR bike rack today. Not completely impressed after coming from a Thule that won’t fit due to the spare wheel. The quality is good but the clamps and straps are not as nice to use and it’s more expensive. A different vertical hoop is available allowing it to accommodate 3 bikes on a vehicle without the spare wheel. Just thought I would post as I found it difficult getting any info on this product.
