Cigarette lighter would be the obvious choice, It is ignition switched.

... or more safely take a fused supply from the battery rather than piggy back off something else.

If you can't get hold of Ian, I bought mine from Germany. I can't remember from whom because it was ages back but it's called a Power Double USB-C/A Socket.

EDIT

If you want a plug and play supply I would use one of these on the lighter socket ATO fuse in the panel.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153500441906
The access panel will close just, you can reduce the lighter supply fuse rating by 5A and fit a 1A ATO for the USB socket.
That will still give you 15A current rating on the lighter supply if memory serves me rightly.

There are some fixings around the bonnet opening mech (drivers footwell) you could use as a grounding point.
It’s only a low load so should be fine. Again relatively easy accessible.
I think they are M6 with flanged nuts but don’t quote me on that as a fact. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️

I tapped mine from the hazard feed because I wanted the USB sockets to be live at all times. It is also worth noting that the illumination on the Mud USB sockets is waaay too bright compared with the original LR switches. To fix this I inserted a 200K resistor into the illumination +ve for each socket. See pic (just before it was encased in heatshrink):

The resistor dimmed it to an acceptable level:

Just googles 200k resistors - is the Wattage important ? - some are rated 2w others 0.4w

This is a very low current application so you'll be fine with a 0.25w or 0.4w. I'm not sure what my resistors' ratings are but they'll be in that vicinity judging by their size. Higher wattage would also be fine - just physically bigger.
