mine goes through an initial 2 attempts, resulting in "computer says no" failures and usually succeeds on
the 3rd try Rolling Eyes It has been reasonably consistent in following that behavior for all the SOTA updates so far yet another pommie bar steward down under

LR tech posted on FB today that a fix is on the way and will automatically remove the offending update and replace it with one that works. Expect it shortly.

I wonder if this might be making it's way back into use to diagnose software and connectivity issues on the fly?

I’m wondering if SOTA update 2.09 has been pulled by LR - the roll out started in February but quite a few people had problems installing it. Previous updates to my car have come within a couple of days of the roll out starting but still no signs that update 2.09 has come to mine. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

This may go without saying, but make sure you have nothing connected to the various USB ports when attempting an update. My Air2Play CarPlay device prevented the update from installing at first. 2020 Defender 110 P400 HSE Santorini Black/Ebony
