not sure if this is specific to sony bravia smart tv or not.

got ourselves a new tv and all good for the first few weeks and then not so.
I'm not sure if one of us have accidentally adjusted something on the tv menus etc or its something else?

so Netflix works fine,
BBC i player works with no sound,
and youtube kinda works in so much you can search stuff, previews works but when you select you only get a still frame and no sound at all?

the tv is working purely from wi-fi and that was my first concern but so far as I can tell thats fine / unchanged.

any pointers anyone?

found on another website how to do a 'restart' and it worked

Apart from that: the internet wasn't made for streaming audio/video, making phone calls or buying things...
