Too many Land Rovers on the drive. The 110 td5 will also be going but I need to finish the bodywork on that first so the 90 will be the first to go. SWMBO likes it so much she has actually given permission for me to keep in in addition to any other LR I have but I only really have the time to own and work on one and I have a 300tdi 110 also on the way
Satin orange, 1991, 200tdi Defender 90 ready for anything. Super simple engine starts on the button and runs beautifully. Steering is tight and precise, drive train all good and solid.
Looks the business, has sensible upgrades and accessories to use for an extended expedition, greenlaning or just general Land Rover stuff. I was on a greenlaning trip in the Wye Valley this weekend and it performed superbly. You can go anywhere in a 90 .
You can see the number plate on the pics so can check the MOT history. Current MOT runs to 25 March. The only failure on the last test was a warning light and a wheel bearing.
A great car, I would definitely recommend you come and have a look and a drive. I intend to sell the whole lot together but am happy to take off the rack and winch if you would prefer just the car. I can put a standard grill and bumper on it instead if preferred. I will not split in advance of the vehicle selling, if the new owner does not want them then I will put up a for sale thread on them then.
I have a headlining for it but have not fitted it yet (not felt the need). Some new wiper arms are on the way after one made a bid for freedom this weekend and the top of the snorkel is currently in Bath (it came off whilst laning this weekend but was later found) which I will be picking up one afternoon this week.
Some more details on the vehicle are below. I also have an image gallery with more photos that I am happy to share. It is on as an auction on eBay also but happy to end that and sell to a forum member. Or take your chances on the auction. I have political clearance to keep it so if necessary I just let the boss tool around in it for a while, no great pressure to get rid.
