Hi Guys, a very strange thing is happening to me: in my PiviPro I cannot see the update information, I have disconnected from the InControl account (I tried to reconnect but it gives me "unknown error") and also the system no longer connects via the internal card (it does not seem to read the Sim card) but my Incontrol Remote App continues to work normally, including remote air conditioning ... How can I remotely control if the PiviPro has no connection ??? I tried everything, including reset by holding the volume button for 20 seconds ... Do you think I could try to disconnect the battery for 40 minutes .. ??? Thanks a lot!!!😔

Hello, i have just taken delivery of my FY21 X, and the hotspot feature is not enabled. Do I need to add a subscription to turn this on ?

My connectivity finally degraded to nothing. I went to the dealer and the agreed to take the car in to do a full analysis with Land Rover.
It turned out that my esim had never registered on their system. They replaced the unit with the esim and I received a request from Land Rover to register. The process included taking a photo of ID and confirming who I was. I didn’t have to do that when I picked the car up. One month later and it is working perfectly without a hitch. Sad that it took so long, but I’m happy now and have full use of all connected features which I didn’t have or were unreliable at best. Defender 2020 P400 HSE All Black |
