software update not dislayed... Please Help!!

Hey guys, anyone knows why i can't see information about software and software update..?? Thanks!!

I had this on my Defender when I first got it. Are you checking immediately after starting the infotainment system? I've noticed it can take a few minutes for everything to initialize fully. I've had a couple of software updates since so I don't think it's anything to worry about and the version information now displays correctly. 1981 Series III 88 Santana Especial

thank you so much Denhams!!! I will try to check after some time and wait to receive some updates ... !! maybe it can also depend on the fact that I don't have a good connection signal ..?!?
