Is this the rear winch mount for the Grenadier from RED that I was told about on a drive day? Add a Lodar and an Anderson plug and your sorted front and back. 4.5 t pull?

I like the fact that you can move the winch to the back. But will you be able to spec a receiver hitch on the front so you don't have to remove the winch from the tray to use at the front as well? That would be the most versatile option. It also means you can then connect a trailer hitch in the receiver hitch on the front which makes manoeuvring trailers at times sooo much easier.
