UK delivery notification
Does the email notification that a vehicle has been built meant that the A) Its just been loaded on the train to Dunkerque, b) that its at a distribution centre in the English midlands waiting for loading onto a car transporter? Hopefully not long now before the dealer gets it.

For anyone interested its taken 2 weeks from the email to arriving to the vehicle arriving at the dealership. I could have it next Saturday but I'm not going to pay the Government a whole months road fund license for 1 days use. Pick up on 2nd Nov. Just got to sort out insurance now... first quote LV £425/yr all in at 10,000ml/yr. 2020 Defender 110 SE 240D: Fuji White.

I’m paying that from NFU Mutual and it includes off-road use and 12,000 miles. I doubt that LV will cover off-road use. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

That’s good to know because they refused me for off-road use with my old 90 3 years ago - just like all the other big discounter insurers - too much risk they reckoned........... hence why I’m with NFU. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
