That is very nice. I do like those wheels - reminiscent of those on the D3 HSE. Darren

They're not actually the same wheel as a D3 but they are similar. Darren

Thank you all. Good catch on the wheels, I was wondering who would notice!
Despite being an HSE, I ordered the 6009 19" wheels rather than 20's. Just a personal choice....would rather have slightly more sidewall, it'll mean cheaper replacement rubber down the road, and something just didn't seem right about fitting 20" rims to a Defender in my mind. I guess it made it look almost too trendy/mall-crawler to me (just a personal opinion - no offense meant to anyone and their wheel choice). Too each his own. Now to wait and see what the aftermarket guys come up with down the road.... 2020 Defender P400 HSE |

Looks fantastic Eldoclear - but I am biased, it’s exactly the same as my order, minus the side steps MY21 110 D300SE DEFENDER

It looks beautiful Florida Rover, congratulations. P400 or 300? Also, how noisy is that Raised Air Intake when driving down the highway? I read (on a review, I believe) that it makes quite a "sucking sound" over a certain speed, which is probably more noticeable for us driving on the... correct side of the car 😉, as opposed to RH drives. Umbertob, Thanks for the feedback and nice kit on yours too! Ours is the First Edition with the P400 we ordered on 16JUN and just received 01OCT. Plenty of get up for our needs both on and off road. Regarding the RAI, we didn't notice any significant noise coming from this with speeds up to 80mph on the roadway. A little bit noisy with items attached to the roof rack, but we traded in a 2011 LR4 (Disco 4) for our Defender and we had the genuine roof rack on that which made a little noise so we're used to it I suppose!
Separately we're getting the A frame protection bar and front undershield fitted in the coming days and will post some pics of that later. |

There have been a few bugs (expected), but overall I'm loving it. I had a '95 NAS that I enjoyed but it wasn't fun to drive unless the weather was good. This thing is awesome in any conditions!

Love the Blue! I think it's the most unique color. Well done. 2012 LR4 2016 LR4 2016 Disco Sport 2020 Defender |

slowly getting there, a few accessories added over the last two days, namely the RAI, rear recovery eyes,
ladder and expedition rack.. hopefully the bonnet decal will be fitted early next week and phase 1 will be complete.. phase 2 will require far more research and patience Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge yet another pommie bar steward down under MY20 110 P400 SE Defender MY10 3.0 RR Sport |
