I think they are bespoke made by companies such as Cool n Vintage for each vehicle they make. Fairly easy I’d suspect. Buy your preferred cubby with raised armrest (https://www.lrisolutions.co.uk/products/defender/defender-interior/cubby-boxes.html) cut a hole for the Marshall speaker, remembering to keep enough leather to fold in and staple on the inside. Make a support on the inside out of plywood covered in carpet, drill hole for power cable (also perhaps a direct-to-head-unit usb cable for better sound) and then fit the cubby and speaker into place.
