Looks like it's static, permanently parked. If not for personal use, then it could be rental accommodation.

I'm sure my nephew showed me some photo's of a similar set up of when he was on a Safari trip in Africa a few years ago, the accommodation was set up during the day by staff from the tour company, he slept in it and the next morning moved off leaving it and later that day it had been set up some where different. He did say the Safari staff had a fleet of trucks to travel in. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place,
so it doesn't take much to Censored us off.
