Apologies, it is 13mm, just double checked as i was doubting myself. The swivel ball to axle bolts are 14mm bi-hex.

if they are rusted and to avoid rounding it is possible to tap a 1/2 inch 12 point or even a 12 mm (if badly rusted).
Worth while having these to hand too. |
