Yesterday afternoon, I spent sighseeing on the M6.
A simple trip from Birmingham to Knutsford meant a lot of clutch work. Average speed was less than 25mph for the whole trip. PANTS! Craig Rogers 2007 Puma 110 XS 2011 Evoque Coupe Dynamic Lux www.craigrogers.photography |

Went and filled up with diesel, then plumbed the figures into the iPhone app to get a return of 29.23 MPG
I'm well chuffed with that. Russell 2011MY 110 XS USW Black |

Today my Defender got me to the Barbour's for my 3 weekly hair cut.
Then in the afternoon after snorkeling, I partook in an age old tradition of Land Rover ownership and had a picnic on the tailgate whilst the sun set. It is moments like that I realize I have the perfect vehicle for me. Tonight the swimming pool here is having a big screen showing of the film Jaws. All you have to do is turn up with your lilo and watch the movie whilst floating around the pool- that is an awesome idea. Shame I didn't know it till too late otherwise I would have been there in a flash!! Glyn |

Fitted a Mantec raised air intake, following the excellent instructions on here and on other forums. Only minor disaster was drilling the holes in the 'screen frame about 1mm too far apart, so some mild filing of the bracket was required. The curtain-twitchers across the road had their most exciting day for a long time
Oh and the 'gap' that seems to curse a lot of these Mantec jobbies doesn't appear to have happened to mine? It's showing a May 2011 manufacture date, so maybe the design has changed. |
