TSB - Rear doors difficult to open (may be NA only)
Captured this Technical Bulletin # JLRTB02052NAS1 on TOPIx, not sure if anyone has experienced this issue, and judging by the bulletin number and content it applies to North America only - but could be issued under a different number elsewhere, I imagine.

Good to see JLR are following Blue Peter's lead and using double sided sticky tape as the fix Rolling with laughter And very generously giving the dealer $13.00 towards the cost of buying the tape.

I posted this elsewhere but this is what I found today when doing the DIY anti-rattle fix on mine

Double sided sticky tape that isn’t at all sticky on one side......on the rear left side passenger door, now DIY fixed with a squirt of silicone sealant to stop the rattling on all 4 doors.
 Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

And pointing out it should be enough to repair 3 vehicles.

What's with throwing away the old C pillar trim sections?

If you need any more evidence that when JLR said the new Defender would be a highly profitable vehicle to them, they were actually meaning it's cheap materials, fixed together in the quickest, cheapest way.

Not seeing any evidence of the premium durability...

Hopefully $13 double sided sticky tape made in China and sold in the USA is better than the quality of the stuff available in Nitra that is only sticky on one side............ I wonder how much LR buyers paid some backstreet sticky tape supplier in Nitra to supply defective double sided sticky tape on the cheap - probably 13 Euro cents Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come

Your laughing but when I was browsing topix, (paid for 1 hour access) it showed what the dealer gets paid for fixing the A pillar trim and they were granted £3 for those 3M sticky pads.
