Must admit, the change was amazing for me when I first used it.
Glad it has improved things for you. Andy |

Can I mix the oils?I don´t have enough money for 4 quarts of MTf94, it's too expensive in here (35 pounds each)

Hi Pope I know this an old post, but I hope that you’ll reply. What oil was in the gearbox initially before changing to Difflock Evo 1 which eliminated the crunch ? I’m facing same problem with my R380 filled with genuine LR MTF94. If I rev high it crunches/grinds when I go up throuh the gears quickly. 1st to 2d and 2d to third. If I take my time shifting up with low revs, it’s fine. Also, have no problem going down the gears at any speed or rev. Many Thanks. Julien |

But I will add. It is an agricultural vehicle, so gear changes are always in stages. Out gear in neutral, then into next gear with a slight pause between. I get no noise, and no different changing characteristics dependant on temperature which I did when running the MTF.

I've also found with every R380 I have ever driven that 1st to 2nd needs to be done pretty fast when the box is cold, but at the same leisurely pace as the other changes once the box is warm. I don't know why, but a slow 1 to 2 on a cold box will crunch unless you double-declutch.
