Sidelights blown
Just back from a trip to Orkney and noticed both sidelights have failed. Headlights and rear tail lights working fine.
Before I order new bulbs, could this just be a blown fuse? Just a coincidence or underlying problem?
Could be an opportunity to upgrade to LEDs - if so, would love some recommendations of just a straight bulb swap - I don't fancy mucking about and want to keep the original look.

It's a 2015 2.2 110 SW.

Thanks

Does the warning lamp on the instrument cluster come on?
Side light fuses also power the instrument cluster warning light, the rear tail lights and the number plate light.

What is common to the side lights is the earth connection. Sorry, but have no idea where that is.. I only look at the electrical schematic. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

All the warning lights work, so I guess it's not the fuse.

They are fused Left and Right rather than front and back, so won't be a fuse issue.

The front lamps do share a common earth, but this is also shared with the headlights so they wouldn't be working either.

Likely to just be a pair of blown bulbs.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
