Looks similar to the exmoor trim rear door tidy but fixed on the frame.

I bought one for my Series One - as stated they are Exmoor Trim, but I am not sure if they still make them. They will also fit a Defender with the plastic window surrounds, by loosely clipping along the top. There is nothing for the bottom straps to fasten to though, and I would not like to overload it, but its handy for small camping/cooking items etc. Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond.....

Undercover covers do similar with 4 bigger pockets. And being from UCC the quality will be better.
