Invitation to off road course at Landrover
Ok so some post came through and I thought just advertising stuff...

But it was quite cleaver, add water and the message appears, basically offering a free 2 hour drive of the new defender at one of their off road centers.

So, asked little lad and he's as keen as mustard... Even though it will be an early start as 8.30 at the venue..

Its at Peckforton Castle at the landrover experience center. I've driven some of the paths in my Series III, and done the course in a FFRR when my dad bought one, so this should be fun.

I've looked at it from the outside and sat in one, but will be interesting to see how it drives with all its tech. I found the FFRR almost too easy, point and it goes while sat in an armchair Smile

Should be good few hours.

Take them up on anything free, nothing in the offer ties you to having to buy one. Remember it costs them not you to send you to an LRE. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Definitely, never turned anything down LR has offered whether I could afford it or not. Though they are getting a bit tight these days.

Greeni

Take them up and book it..... I could buy one but doubt I will...the people at these experience days are not sales people and they will not 'push' for a sale. The last co driver we had was doing up a Series 1, and talked about our 'old' landies Smile

Too much choice at this level.

I think if you are a new owner, you are meant to leave it on your front seat overnight.

You sign up anywhere to get this?

Hey as the owner of a vehicle that has this - that runs to 35 pages:

I think I'm in the glass house listening to the sound of breaking glass on this one...but I can still smile. Very Happy

only 35 pages - you must have the abridged version then.

Laughing

Double cab version ~ so leaks in the canvas aren't covered.

I didn't realise Land Rover made a stone roof top tent as shown in your 1st picture. One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS
+ New Defender 110 First Edition
