No alpine windows present, just the lashing(?) bars.

But I bet you're not in the market for a utility vehicle but an SUV, in which case (unlike the new Defender) the Grenadier isn't aimed at you. |

Then I suggest you don’t presume Sold the Puma Defender and bought a brand new Pangea Green 2020 Defender D240 S with a few factory extras!

Sod what the looks are, I see lots of underhanging bash plates hiding stuff that should be tucked out of the way. I'm not one to gush of the aesthetics of the body with it's design verticality or tall waistlines. I want an ability to go where I point it and not listen to the thumps and tortured scrapes. Approach and departure look compromised and I know some nice bumpy tracks that would take a few bites out of those guards. Also can be found on Fb, Ytube, Insta & Twitter @4WDSouthwest

Looking at the right hand side rear / tailgate door it looks like the offside rear lights will be completely obscured by the spare wheel just like old and new Defender’s are with the tailgate open. Will you get a free warning triangle too or have they built in a red tail light in the door jam? Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |

I like it a lot! Only the wiper I’m not sure about.

I'm more excited about this than I was about seeing the new Defender....
With the right options, wider wheels, different grille this could look smart. I'm sure like our current models aftermarket companies will offer all sorts for this to make your own. 3.0 auto Engine also will be nice. It does look more rugged and unlike other cars (except our old defenders) As mentioned a bit G Wagon & Defender Mash up... and I like the G wagon so all good. Will keep following this one. |

The more I see, the less I like.
Good luck to them though. WARNING. This post may contain sarcasm. |

Balls, that looks like Megeve where Team Ineos were over the weekend For the Criterium du Dauphiné. I was only 9km away in my home town, but getting battered at a BBQ.
I’ll keep an eye open in case they’re kicking about. Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

I'm enjoying looking at these threads and pics, just to "see what they do with it" - but I'm unlikely ever to buy one. On the point above, about lights being obscured, I wonder if the lights on both sides will be covered when the rear doors open? The rear door is two piece as you can see from the hinges. That little bump under the ladder might be just enough to hide the N/S light.
