If you don't want to drill the wing, you can go through the wing top vent cover, either the standard plastic one, or one like I now have, below. You then also have the benefit of an easy route into the engine bay or cockpit without having to hide the cable. Has worked well for me. ![]() Click image to enlarge |

It just uses an antenna cable direct to a vhf transceiver installed in the cubby box

Ah ok... it’s a dab mount like this I’m trying to understand?? Or if possible convert a cb aerial to work on dab. @steve_overland on Insta.
