I'm not sure that a Nanocom will help with that but your problem does sound very much like a sticky mechanism in, probably, the drivers door. The grease that they were originally lubricated with tends to go hard over time and the increased resistance produces the symptoms that you describe.
Take a look inside the door, clean off the old grease and re-lubricate the linkages to see if it cures the problem. Oh, and welcome on board.
