Great thanks,
Was it provided with a gearbox crossmember and rear body mounting bar? Cheers, Steve 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |

Great thanks, again useful to know. It seems that if purchased through Bearmach directly, the gearbox crossmember and body mount are not included but are relatively cheap (and you get 15% of BM parts for 12months if buying a chassis from Bearmach).
The lack of threads is not a major issue and I think only related to the 90 version which i guess yours is as the 110 doesnt use captive threads on either of those mounts. The lack of crush tubes is a little concerning though as my winch bumper and steering guard mount to those at the front and the rear retains the TD5 towbar braces. Could relatively easily enlarge one hole and insert a specer tube though if necessary. Does the XD chassis retain the bolt-on A-frame 'crows feet' mounts like the original TD5 and early puma or have the welded one ones like the late Puma? Yeah mine is a 90, I did think about adding the crush tube but decided as my winch bumper and steering guard also bolts through the front cross member in 3 places, I could live without them. They do retain the standard a frame attachment so td5 comes with the crows feet.
