New Td5 ..
Well new to us.. I’ve already a 300tdi to my name which has been rebuilt on a galvanised chassis..and for a while we have been using a camping trailer with roof tent .. we decided to redo the trailer as a sleep in camper .. however..we have been looking at a 110 camper conversion .. we spotted a Td5 locally advertised for 8.5 k so off we went for a nosey ..
The chap wasn’t what I would call and enthusiast at all after a good dig around and a test drive kinda was ok .its been re sprayed and was originally a pick up .. vast amount of paper work with it and in the past two years 5k has been spent on new head , new breaks all round Regular service new maf and various other major parts .. so after some haggling drove it home for 5k ..next step will be to convert it to a camper .. with Alu cab top.
Keeping the 300 and getting shot of the trailer should be fun.

Nice one.

I am really tempted to get a 110 and go the expedition build myself. Will be great to see how you get on.
