I was taking my sister shopping at the local discount supermarket yesterday and when I got back to the defender a tdi 90 had followed the parking rules but as I got closer I noticed it had been re coated all over in bed liner or something and painted over.

I bet that will be a nightmare to get off when the rust starts coming through. Ray

United Kingdom 2005 Defender 90 2.5 TD HT Java Black
This looks like tintable Raptor paint. It's meant to be very hardwearing, easy to clean, and (I've heard) reduces galvanic corrosion. I'd imagine it's a good way to cover up crap paint.

It looked like they had spent a good bit of time on it, I just hope they killed any rust before applying it or it’ll come off like a big wet plaster Rolling with laughter Ray
