He has cleaned it and that's how it looks now.
Maybe he shouldn't have? Click image to enlarge |

It's ok but you should look at changing the swivel seal (and swivel depending on wear) soon. Check the oil/grease level inside the swivel asap as it looks like you've lost a fair bit > 110 XS Double Cab

Thanks for your reply.
Wouldn't they have checked the seal when it was in for an annual service? Maybe they overfilled it with grease and it's just the excess that came out? I'll pop in to the dealer when it comes out of the detailer so they can check. |

With a Puma there should be grease in the swivel. You cannot check the level off the grease AFAIK.
I would buy a sack with grease and fill it at least half off it and pu the other half in the other swivel. Keep an eye on it if it starts leaking again. It is difficult to say from the pictures but from this distance your bol looks ok. If it starts leaking again have a closer look and replace the seal. It is not difficult but some work you if you have somebody else to do it the mayor cost will be labor. I think the seal is only €20,- or so. Check your axle breather that could be blocked.
